The different stages of maturation of a mushroom hat became the inspiration for the different shapes and sizes of plates, bowls and cups, which are ultimately served for sequences of dishes. Explained, the development and maturation of a mushroom hat symbolizes the advancement and development of specific tasting menu starting from amuse bouche up to the petit fours.
Every piece is created in the same mould, one by one, but due to the handicraft itself, they may slightly deviate in shape which does not affect their performance.
