SITO (hrv.) = sifter, sieve
SITO stands for purity, simplicity and functionality. It comes as a symbol of thoroughly sifting, purifying ideas which have been started developing during the designer's professional work in some of the best fine dining restaurants in Croatia.
SITO products are inspired by nature and completely handmade with unrepeatable pattern and/or unique shape. Individually designed and adjusted to all clients' needs, SITO offers a combination of knowledge and experience transfused into an unique synergy of all senses.
White soft porcelain and transparent clear glass are used for production of SITO tableware due to their lightness and airiness, depicting the philosophy of the brand and enabling the blank canvas to express the food serving in its full glory. Suitable for creating rough, uneven textures, but at the same time elegant and sophisticated, these materials offer the exact right ratio of naturalness and luxury. White and transparent colors also depict the combination between purity and elegance with natural characteristics of the materials.
SITO tableware is primary designed for professional use in fine dining restaurants, suitable for high end service. Suitable for food contact, which is guaranteed by raw material producers and confirmed by Croatian Institute of Public Health. Functional for use, stackable, both scratch and chip resistant, temperature oscillations resistant and dishwasher and microwave safe.
SITO collections are divided to EMBOSS and SHAPE and are always available to order with minimum of 20 pieces per specimen:
* EMBOSS collections are made by pressing and embossing products (fruits) of nature onto molded, shaped prototype. By leaving a specific imprint they create an unrepeatable pattern which tells its own, unique story.
* SHAPE collections are inspired by natural forms which are reinterpreted and transformed into a tableware complement to the chef's creation. Together they create a new dimension of dining.
Additionally, SITO offers individual, signature collections produced distinctly for a specific client and they are not available for further sale.
